TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE "KLASOVO" MOBILE APP

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) set forth the rules and conditions for using the Klasovo mobile application (hereinafter: Application).
  2. The owner of the Application and the Service Provider is VXN Marcin Gański, conducting business activity, NIP: 589-188-66-04, REGON: 221944780, based at: ul. Myśliwska 33F lok. 125, 80-283 Gdańsk, Poland (hereinafter: Operator).
  3. Contact with the Operator regarding the Application is possible at: hello@klasovo.pl.
  4. The Application is designed to streamline communication and organization within school/preschool communities in closed Groups.
  5. Using the Application is currently completely free of charge.

§ 2. Technical Requirements and Registration

  1. A mobile device with Internet access is required to use the Application.
  2. The user of the Application must be at least 18 years of age. Providing a false declaration of age will result in immediate account deletion.
  3. Registration is done by providing an email address and password, or through third-party authentication services.
  4. The Operator uses a one-time code email verification mechanism to ensure account security.

§ 3. App Functionalities and Financial Module

  1. The Application provides features such as: Group creation, Announcement Board, Event Calendar, Fundraisers, and Expenses modules.
  2. Financial Liability Disclaimer: The Fundraisers and Expenses module serves solely as an informational and tracking tool.
  3. The Operator does not process payments, is not a payment institution, and bears no responsibility for actual financial settlements between Users.
  4. Marking contributions as "paid" is strictly a user declaration.

§ 4. User Rights and Obligations (UGC)

  1. The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with the law and good practices.
  2. Content Responsibility: The User publishing any content (posts, comments, photos) in the Application bears sole and full legal responsibility for it.
  3. By publishing photos, the User declares they hold the necessary copyrights and consent to distribute the image of individuals shown, and in the case of minors, the consent of their legal guardians.
  4. Publishing illegal, offensive, or hateful content is strictly prohibited.

§ 5. Operator Rights and Obligations (Notice and Takedown)

  1. The Operator provides only the IT infrastructure and does not initiate, select recipients, or modify the content entered by Users.
  2. The Operator is not liable for stored data entered by Users, provided they are unaware of its unlawful nature.
  3. Upon receiving a credible report of a violation, the Operator will promptly disable access to the data.
  4. Reports of violations should be directed to: hello@klasovo.pl.

§ 6. Complaints and Account Deletion

  1. Complaints can be submitted to: hello@klasovo.pl. The Operator will process them within 14 days.
  2. The User can delete their account at any time via the Application settings, resulting in the deletion or anonymization of their data.
